FacebookI really wanted to say how impressed I am with Moovahome service. Right from the start, back in July, everyone I have dealt with has been so efficient and professional. I had a few teething problems right at the beginning and you guys kept me in the loop and sorted it all out, giving my my options all the way. Well done, each and every one of you. Buying a flat to let out in a different town felt like a risk but you all have made it so smooth.

Headed up by owner Ashley Cain the team are well managed and motivated ensuring professionalism at the highest level and most importantly results! Moovahome lettings have placed tenants for me since 2019 and have now taken full management as they have my complete trust. Moovahome sales recently sold my own home in under 3 weeks for more than the expected value and over Christmas too! I was aware of every step being taken as a group was setup online involving the whole sales team and myself, results were in real-time, bonus. If you are looking for a company to sell you home don’t look any further than Moovahome and if you need a company to help let your premises, whether it be on a find only or full management basis, give them a call. FacebookWe were tenants with moovahome for 10 years. No problem was too big for them and they always had problems resolved really quickly. Everybody there was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend to family and friends happily in the knowledge they would also be well looked after. Thanks for everything you have done for us

The property we rented gave us grief - on our very first day at the property the pipe under the sink was shooting water all over the floor. We informed the agency about this and made us wait for a good few days before sending a plumber. Then the boiler stopped working resulting in us not having a shower or heating for a few days. Bear in mind we have kids in the property. Now that we have moved out of the house and spent all that money making it look nicer than what it was - they still find stupid things to charge you with.

Emails being replayed late or even missed and constantly have to chase it up. Was promised a refurbishment before moving in but after I moved in, they just keep postponing and different agents giving completely different reasons why it is not getting done. Obviously this just proves that there was no planned refurbishment in the first place otherwise they would all give the same reason. The flat that I moved in months ago was used by drug addicts because I found empty bags with remains of the drugs. Of course I was told that a lovely couple lived there before. I am so glad that I finally moved out. I'm getting chills thinking that I could've get infected sleeping in the same bed where those drug addicts slept. Don't trust their word, they will say anything for your signature on the contract. Greedy letting agents!!!

GoogleAvoid!! Money hungry agency who are pleasant when you’re a tenant but soon as you leave they can turn horrible. I’ve lived in one of their rooms for over 2 years and never been a problem to housemates or agents. In my time there, the agency changed once and also changed their name twice, surely that was a warning as if they have something to hide! I lived with wonderful housemates but we had to deal with so many horrors while living at the property wether it be cleaners not regularly attending, spotting mice on more than a few occasions or having a nest of flies in the house (and I mean thousands). I’ve never left a review for anything but I feel on how I’ve been mistreated it’s only right I warn others, so anyway I left the house and got an email from a woman who works for the agency stating they are charging me £15 pounds for the removal of dust.. yes DUST left in the room, now I don’t mind £15 it’s not much but I was more annoyed that they asked me to pay for a cleaner when they normally go and send a cleaner in the rooms for an end of tenancy clean anyway.. but anyway this went back and forth quiet a bit and we settled on a £10 cleaning bill because they were getting really petty about things, when I received an email about my deposit releasing they submitted a form for the reduction of £15 instead which again we had to go back and forth on. They’re a money hungry agency who will do the bare minimum and when you’re not filling their pockets anymore they take money from you.

FacebookI think Ashley seems like a great bloke but there is a foreign girl who came to do our exit inspection I am still gobsmacked at the disgusting attitude from the minute she got there but yet seemed so friendly on all of our house checks throughout the 3 years I lived there . When we moved in the house was in a really bad mess I remember crying but the council were housing us so we had no choice , we moved in and painted the walls white and put brand new wooden floor down to make an improvement as the carpet was so thin , the girl came in and was very negative about the fact that it was white and not magnolia but yet they new this on the house inspections they carried out every 12 weeks . While we lived there we had rats living in the walls and one actually chewed through the skirting board in bathroom as the whole bathroom downstairs was rotten . When it rained water poured through the ceiling which I have a picture of , the workman came to replace a leaking tap in bathroom and cracked the sink whilst tightening it and said he had to leave it other wise the sink would crack even more so we had a leaking sink all over Christmas as when I called up they advised to put a bucket under it as they could not send anyone out before the new year we had to pay someone to come and do it , when they did eventually fix the sink after a year the guy had propped the sink up with plastic piping as the wall was so rotten he was worried it wouldn’t hold the sink and he stated the landlord didn’t really like paying out for anything , the kitchen again was rotten the oven was disgusting even though they stated on their inventory that it was good condition , i had to clean old food out the bottom and there was no handle on the oven door so you had to open it with fingers , I cleaned my oven before I moved out but they are charging me for a clean even though it wasn’t done before I moved in . The kitchen was eventually replaced and we were left with a concrete floor we was told landlord wasn’t replacing floor so once again we had to go out and buy floor as we have children , the electrics were dodgy that we had confirmed when they done the kitchen the oven kept cutting out if you put all 4 rings on and the guy stated well not many people use all 4 rings at one what an idiot ! So because the landlord hadnt agreed he tucked the wires under the cooker and left them . When they did change them there was a completely burnt wire at back of cooker . One night we could smell electrical burning and one of the plug sockets was melting we had to get someone out to sort it if we had gone to bed I dread to think what would have happened , even the shower wire was apparently dangerous as shower kept not working the fuse button to turn it off didn’t work they changed it and it still doesn’t work I’m disgusted that after everything she had the cheek to come in and moan about white paint and the fact there was some wallpaper covering damp walls that the paint was peeling off and holes in the wall that I was worried rats were going to get in the house . She was very rude and my mum was selling her house and thinking of using moovahome but because of this particular girls very bad attitude she will definitely not ,

FacebookWhat a great 5 star service I received today. My boiler broke and I rang the office.Ashley came round within the hour to look at the boiler the pipes had frozen he gave us advice how to fix it. He then called me back to say a plumber was on the way. He arrived in 5 minutes and the boiler was fixed fab fab service from all the team at moveahome.from Linda and Marc 148 beechcroft rd.
