Ash and the team couldn’t do more to help their tenants, landlords, sellers and prospective buyers, even the trades and suppliers they deal with. Not a week goes by when they are not called out for what may seem a trivial issue but the team still go out of their way to help with the situation, this weekend even done viewings on a Sunday.

Landlords, be cautious. What began as a positive relationship with Movahome took a disappointing turn when they misplaced the keys to my property, preventing the tenant from gaining access. I raised a formal complaint, expecting a thorough investigation. Initially, Evie responded promptly and professionally, and I was hopeful for a resolution. However, I was soon contacted by Ashley, the owner, whose email was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. There was no accountability, and to my surprise, I was somehow blamed for the situation. The only “solution” offered was to terminate the management of my property. After being a customer for over three years, and even purchasing my residential property through them, I expected far better communication and a more constructive approach to resolving the issue. Overall a disappointing experience.

I had a lovely experience with Alfie showing me around the property. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Throughout the viewing, he was patient and I felt at ease talking to him. He also went out of his way to show me some more properties online which I thought that was very kind of him offering more help without any pressure. It honestly felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal process, and I’m sure the rest of the team brings the same energy so I couldn’t recommend them more!

Ash and the team have made the process of changing agents mid tenancy an absolute breeze. Ash organised a teams call with us so he could explain the process and we could ask any questions. He met with the current tenant to do the same with her. He communicated directly with the old managing agent so it was entirely stress free for me. First rent payment was in my account the same day it was paid my the tenant (I would wait 5-7 days with previous agent) and the statement followed closely behind. I was nervous about changing agents mid tenancy but I certainly didn’t need to be! What a pleasure it’s been to deal with Moovahome!

Ashley and his team were amazing, I was searching for a property to purchase in Swindon for quite some time with no luck, especially being in the Armed Forces I was away a lot of the time so I asked for their help, and within a week they found a property which perfectly matched not only my budget but my needs and location. Due to it being my first purchase on the property ladder they helped all the way through, keeping me up to date and explaining exactly where I stood. Completed on time and was even presented with a bottle of champagne on exchange. The Moovahome team really know their stuff and go above and beyond to help their customers! Moovahome estate agents deserve the highest recommendation possible. Some companies claim to ‘go the extra mile’ for customers. Moovahome does this, and more. We felt supported and looked after throughout the entire process. Despite us moving over 200 miles, Ashley made it stress free. The service is so friendly, and very cooperative. Communication was easy with prompt replies to emails, quick understanding of our requirements and a huge willingness to accommodate our needs (which were many!)
