Been a tenant with Moovahome for 8 years now. I’ve never had any problems a really good agency if anything goes wrong within a day it’s sorted. Monday my shower stopped working today (Wednesday) an engineer came and sorted it. He kept his distance had the gloves on made me happy to see this. With everything that’s happening right now this agency is still making sure everything is checked out and fixed for their tenants very happy to be a tenant with Moveahome.

As a landlord I have used Moovahome for 8 years to buy/sell and let properties. I have found them to be professional and efficient when dealing with any issues either myself or any tenant has had. Easy to contact and always kept up to date. Being able to deal with the right person regarding any enquiry is a plus and the fact they have everything under one roof makes this so much easier. From sales to lettings and accounts they always all seem to know what’s going on. I look forward to another 8 years.

Moovahome have let and managed my 6 bed HMO for professionals in Swindon, and I can say that the service they offer is top notch! They are always prompt, friendly and super efficient. Now all rooms are let, and the tenants are happy. I have been impressed with how quickly they have sorted a few teething issues in the property and as a bit of a hands on landlady, how thoroughly they've kept me in the loop and communicated everything to me. When coming to the end of my tenancy…

When coming to the end of my tenancy agreement, I had a dispute with the landlord over the deposit, instead of trying to resolve the issue fairly, the agent proceeded to threaten me to pay the amount the landlord wanted so that the matter could be resolved quickly as he was not getting paid to resolve the issue. He threaten to put extra charges on which would go from the deposit money (I.e from my pocket ). Worst experience of renting so far!

Absolute Thieves I was let a 2 bed furnished flat I told them before moving in I have my own mattresses so don't the ones already there. We agree I could despose of the existing ones and keep my own. Replacing them to the cost of the landlord at the end of my tenancy, that day rolls around and guess who's being charged £320 for two new mattresses not the landlord and not the agent, me . Also being charged for a covid safe clean when the dirty sods didn't even remove the used douches from the bathrooms for my move in. Don't use them just got a rental through Mcfarlane so much better. Would recommend anyone over these clowns. Don't even deserve the one star.

Used Moovahome for probably 6-7 years now to manage my BTL. They are extremely professional, we rarely have any issues with any tenants as they are all fully vetted by Ashley’s team beforehand. On the odd occasion there is a problem that they need to speak to me about, it is rectified promptly with minimal fuss I used to manage the letting of the property myself but now just leave it to Ashley’s team for peace of mind.
