FacebookAshley and his team have been amazing. Finding my daughter and her new Uni friends an incredible home for the next three years. They have kept them updated as the renovation has progressed. And made the move so easy. Sending your daughter off to uni is an extremely stressful time as many parents would agree, I’m sure, but knowing my daughter is in a lovely home and the Moovahome team (Ali in particular now) will be there to support them at least from a living point of view really gives me piece of mind. I would highly recommend Moovahome to anyone looking to rent in a HMO.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe the outstanding service we received from Ash and the team at Moovahome, they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and her friends had the perfect student house. They kept us up-to date every step of the way, and dealt with all queries quickly. The house is absolutely stunning and I know they will look after them while they are tenants. I have never known service like it and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a property. Thank you once again Moovahome

GoogleI have recently Let a property through Moovahome and they have been superb from start to finish. I first spoke with Evie who was professional and knowledgable throughout my first viewing and explained all the next steps clearly as I had not let through an agent before. The tenancy was set up and on my move in day Ashely was there to assist and talked me through the tenancy agreement and what to do going forward if I have any issues. I felt very welcomed and valued by the company and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

GoogleMoovahomes changed my perspective about House Agencies. I’ve always had a very terrible impression about housing agent and sorts. My friends all complain and every now and then, about one issue to the other which agencies could have applied some sort of discretionary measures to or even talk to tenants in a better way. I took the place I got with them cos I literally had no choice, asides the fact that the rooms were clean and all, I had nothing else motivating me to take up a place with them aside running out of options due to my move to Swindon. But it was literally the best decision as regards renting a place, they are amazing, if there is any better word, they deserve it. Asides the professional way of conduct, the quick response to issues, the thoughtfulness about things other agents wouldn’t have bothered about, Oh my! It’s absolutely amazing! I would recommend over and over. I hope anyone who reads this, gives them the benefit of the doubt cos it is definitely going to be positive. I mean I alone do not feel these way, my present house mates confirm feeling same as well.

GoogleMy experiences of Ashley Cain, the Proprietor, were that he was given the responsibility to let out my house, a 2 bedroom terrace with a tiny boxroom, which at the time was on the exact same street as his business, then called ATC Lettings. Instead of a family or couple he filled the house with at least 4 adults, who appeared to be foreigners paying bedsit rates of about £5 a day. He then got welfare tenants in via Swindon council and then later through his agency. I did not want these types of tenants and to be candid, my property took a lot of damage. Neither Cain's agency nor the tenants could be bothered to sweep the leaves over the drain leading to flooding. The sofas were broken. A locked outside shelter had the lock removed and was filled with rubbish. Beds were broken. The insides were filthy. There were hundreds of letters from companies and schools wanting money or attendance. It is my view that Cain sees himself as a kind of social landlord, willing to let anyone in to your property and unless things have changed few checks are made. I regret working with him.

FacebookCan’t fault them, just a shame they don’t have properties in Wolverhampton! I’ve been a customer for a year, any communications have been answered within 24hrs and all the staff I have dealt with have been very polite and accommodating (no Pune intended). Thank you to Ashley and the team!!

GoogleI have had an excellent experience renting through Moovahome for the past 5 years. From the very first viewing, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding the perfect property for me. (Big thanks especially to Ali and Ashley!) The entire process, from application to moving in, was smooth and stress-free. Communication is always clear and prompt with any queries or concerns I have being addressed swiftly. Emails are always answered within a couple of hours and the team are always on the end of the phone for emergencies. The property was in immaculate condition when I moved in, and the ongoing support has been outstanding. The regular house inspections feel more like contract reviews as I am always reassured that I can raise any concerns regarding the property myself. I highly recommend Moovahome to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused renting experience.
