We were very lucky that we had Richard from Miles Byron as our agent for the purchase of our new home . Firstly Richard is very experienced and has been on the circuit for a very long time. He understands the processes extremely well, he understands and appreciates the client's needs and he has an amazing network he could call upon at every step of the way, especially when we were experiencing challenges. In addition to all of this, the support that Richard offers through this process is really tremendous. It is really great to get the level of personalised service and support that Richard offers. It makes you feel that your Agent is also invested in getting you settled into your new home ! This is in complete contrast to some of the large organisations in this space who completely forget about you once an Offer has been Accepted (which we had the misfortune of experiencing on a previous occasion). Richard has been really attentive from the minute we met him right to the end. This personal service is not something you get with other larger estate agent firms and it’s been invaluable. His down to earth approachable nature makes the whole process feel less daunting. He has helped answer all of our queries speedily, enabling the purchase to move forward as quickly as possible, and he’s gone over and above to help us to even get quotes for bits and pieces of work that needed doing on the house we were purchasing through his various contacts within the trade (as we had none!). He not only supported us with our purchase but we also selected him to sell our property which he did an incredible job of putting together a great description , really high quality photos and run a whole day viewing with several interested parties landing us a sale with very minimal disruption to our lives. Would definitely use Richard again and highly recommend Miles Byron Estate Agents

The first time we encountered Richard was to enquire about viewing a house for sale. Despite me calling on a Sunday morning, he returned my call later that same day and was keen to understand our position and more about us as people. He has been brilliant with responding and updates, and always quick to get things done. It felt really personal and has continued that way, even until now (and were finally due to complete on our dream home in a few weeks!). He is definitely committed to his clients, highly recommend!

He made the process of buying our home easy and his regular updates ensured we always felt included and informed in the process. We have dealings with a number of Old Town estate agents, and while it is a spectrum Richard was by far our favourite. Can't recommend Richard from Miles Bryon Estate agents enough. Was great throughout. Me and my partner were first time buyers and couldn't have had a better experience for our first time. Richard would go out of his way to make sure we had the information we needed or understood everything going on. Would always reply back to us, never took long. Really helped with getting to completion. Great communication throughout and would definitely look at going with Richard for our next property .

I must say it is so hard to find such an efficient,honest estate agent. Richard always goes extra mile to help his clients. The customer experience is outstanding . He always responded to my texts,calls even if it was out of office hours. He understood my requirements and kept me informed on properties which matched my search criteria. I was new to the area and didn’t know where to start. But , Richard took care of that for me. He recommended areas which are family friendly and properties which are suitable for my criteria.
