We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Richard through a purchase of mine and my wife's first property. We actually met Richard at a house viewing a couple of times before going for our eventual Home now, we had viewing with many different estate agents over a 3 month period but Richard was different to them all, he was very truthful and helpful with us and was fantastic with keeping us up to date in the whole process. Always made time to pick up the phone on certain obstacles and kept us up to date all through and made the process very smooth for us. There is not many estate agents like Richard at Miles Byron. He takes so much time to listen to preferences and advises with such honesty. I felt very comfortable with Richard, he seemed to know the right property for us and wouldn’t hard sell, despite it being in his best interest to sell to us. He would advise us to really look Around the area before buying a property, you do not Experience this with many. I very quickly built a trusting relationship with Richard, not only is he extremely likeable, he’s so approachable and really does go above and beyond for your needs. I would trust him 100 percent, and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone. He should be proud of his independent business he has built.

I have recently bought a home from Richard in Swindon. I found him very professional and easy to contact throughout the buying process. He was available all the time , night or day or weekends for any questions. I have been looking for a home for more than a year and wanted to move before a set date giving less than 2 months from start to finish. I was not sure that I would be able to complete on time but Richard did make that happen. I used his recommended solicitor and mortgage advisor who both were again excellent and I didnt have any issues at all in dealing with them. Richard even went beyond his routine work to arrange a plumber quote for which I was struggling and resolved the issue with the seller on time. I am very pleased with the whole buying journey and highly recommend Richard.

We were purchasing a house through Richard at Miles Byron that unfortunately did not go ahead due to no fault of his. Throughout the whole process however he was very quick to respond and got us in for a viewing straight away. He knew the Anwser to every question we had at the property and was very knowledgeable about the house and area. He always Kept us update and was very professional and understanding through the highs and the lows. From having worked in the industry we were very disappointed by many local agents however richard regained our faith!

Cannot rate Miles Byron enough. Dealt with Richard when purchasing a property and he was so communicative and responsive when having to field questions back and forth, and generally just checking in to find out how things were progressing and if he could help with anything. We met Richard back in March after a terrible experience with another agent and having to pull out from our first house purchase. Richard was more than accommodating of us, he was so flexible and his availability was amazing. He was able to put us in contact with solicitors and tradesman that could do work on the house. I’ve recently had the pleasure of meeting Richard, he really is the most genuine & honest person. He’s truthful about every property he shows you around and doesn’t dress anything up. He’s helpful right up to the end of the sale and genuinely cares that the property is right for the buyer. When the sale was completed he even went out of his way to get my boys treats. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience and I’m truly grateful for everything he has done for us.

This was my first home purchase which is always daunting by I immediately felt comfortable on meeting Richard and not once felt under pressure at any point during the viewings.
