We actually met Richard at a house viewing a couple of times before going for our eventual Home now, we had viewing with many different estate agents over a 3 month period but Richard was different to them all, he was very truthful and helpful with us and was fantastic with keeping us up to date in the whole process. Richard is great, very knowledgeable, personable and a straight talker. Company is not massive, so you get a lovely personal touch. The challenge will be how Richard grows and keep that personal feel. Richard is clear, tells you what he thinks and will work with you to either sell at the best and most realistic price. He values according to the market and doesn’t sell you a dream that simply isn’t achievable, therefore leaving you frustrated in the long run if you have to drop prices. He got me 7 viewings in my first weekend and I sold. Great turnaround.

He has helped answer all of our queries speedily, enabling the purchase to move forward as quickly as possible, and he’s gone over and above to help us to even get quotes for bits and pieces of work that needed doing on the house we were purchasing through his various contacts within the trade (as we had none!).He not only supported us with our purchase but we also selected him to sell our property which he did an incredible job of putting together a great description , really high quality photos and run a whole day viewing with several interested parties landing us a sale with very minimal disruption to our lives.
