We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. I would highly recommend Richard at Myles Byron to anyone looking for a no-nonsense, reliable, trustworthy and experienced estate agent in or around the Swindon area. We sold our 3-bed detached property in Grange Park within a matter of days of the house going on the market, and for well over asking price. Our property was severely undervalued by another estate agent who have a high market share in Swindon, whereas Richard gave a more ambitious valuation and managed to sell the house for even more than that! The listing itself was professionally done with great photos and included all the key features of the property. Richard's communication was excellent throughout and we're extremely grateful for the way he diligently kept us updated, when solicitors failed to do so. Overall, great service and value for money!

Richard kept us up-to date at all times, and was very supportive when issues arose and made the whole process a more smoother experience, when relocating from London to Swindon. He answered all our questions when needed and made it feel like we were the only people he was dealing with, giving it the personal touch. He understood our needs and met all the challenges in what could have been a more drawn out process. Richard is efficient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He took fabulous pictures of our house and generated lots of interest, so we had a choice of buyers. Richard has been amazingly supportive throughout what should have been a quick and easy sale of my late father’s property with a short chain. He was always easy to contact and replied to messages promptly. Furthermore he was constantly contacting my buyer and the solicitors to progress the sale which eventually completed 3 months later than the original date. Richard was sympathetic and reassuring and his advice was much appreciated. I know that I chose the right agent. I highly recommend Miles Byron estate agents.

Being a first-time home buyer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard at all. My journey to find my first home started over a year ago. Going through a few estate agents and multiple viewings, I did not have any success. The property I purchased is the first and only property that I viewed with MILES BYRON. Nothing beats Richard's speedy communication. I can say that he is an amazing person of integrity and humbleness with passion and dedication.
