We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. FacebookWe used Richard of Miles Byron in the sale of a property. Upon the first meeting we had with him at our home, we knew he was the right estate agent for us. He was friendly, honest and communicated the whole process simply and clearly. Not only did Richard sell our property within a week, the communication he had with us from sale to completion was unbelievably helpful giving us regular updates of the process and being the point of contact between us and the buyers. After mum passed away, I sold my parent’s home through Richard Whatton at Miles Byron. Richard was empathetic and understanding. He was active in both arranging viewings and dealing with questions and follow ups during and after an offer was accepted. His communication was clear and he was prompt with all responses. GoogleI would give zero stars if it were possible. I would urge anyone to stay away from properties managed by them. We received a property that was not cleaned and was also utterly filthy upon moving in. It also had plenty of structural issues that were never disclosed, leading to issues such as leaks and structural damage. These were never fixed while we were there since it takes so long for them to provide people to check up on the property. Additionally, note that they will take an exorbitant amount of money for the cleaning fee at the end - we spent days cleaning the property before moving out and nearly £400 was still taken from our deposit purely for ‘cleaning purposes’. You will lose much of your deposit and unless you go for a legal dispute, there is nothing you can do about it. Avoid at all costs.
