They provide FREE property valuations and specialise in residential property sales. We pride ourselves in our customer service, and have a wide range of services available to suit all needs. From buying your first home to purchasing an investment property as well as providing a variety of marketing methods such as the offering of professional photography, virtual tours, accompanied viewings as well as virtual and live viewings via social media website portals. We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! We believe in traditional, straight forward and transparent business with all of our clients throughout the entire moving process. After our initial conversation, Richard came to see us at very short notice, which was particularly helpful. He outlined the entire selling process, the current state of the market, and produced a valuation which we were happy with. His rates are very reasonable. His plan for marketing was clever, and we were sale agreed on day 2. Our buyer had some difficulties with finance, so the sale took longer than we were expecting, but Richard made sure to keep us up to date, right up to exchange and completion. Richard is diligent, honest, and expert. I can recommend him unhesitatingly.

Richard quickly arranged an appointment to meet me and review my home and discuss my wishes, he offered a fair and sensible price in line the current market and following agreement was able to return promptly to take photographs and get my home listed on the market. My home went up for sale on the 10th January 2026 and it an offer was made and accepted by 23rd January 2026 from ideal buyers with no chain as I needed a quick move due to personal circumstances with a timeline of the end of April as the ideal. I have today exchanged and due to complete on the sale on 5th May 2026. Huge thank you to Richard for such a seamless process and securing me the best price possible. I am most impressed with his work ethic and that one man can single-handedly and so efficiently manage all parts of the process from photos, listing on social media, managing and completing any viewings, updating promptly after viewings etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard/Miles Byron to anyone locally looking to buy or sell.

He took brilliant photos of our house and got everything live very quickly, which helped our property stand out straight away. His communication was honestly the best we’ve experienced compared with other agents- he kept us updated throughout and we never had to chase or wonder what was happening. He clearly put a lot of time and effort into the process. Our house sold much faster than we expected, and we’re really pleased we chose him. We actually went with Richard based on his reviews, and I can say they are absolutely true. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

We highly recommend Richard at Miles Byron. From the outset, he stood out as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely personable, easily the most approachable estate agent we dealt with during our search. We actually hoped we’d be able to purchase through him, and we’re very glad that’s how it worked out. Moving house is never straightforward, but Richard made a real difference to our experience. Communication was always prompt, clear and friendly. He was proactive, easy to speak to, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We felt completely comfortable asking questions and always received quick, helpful responses.
