I’ve just used Richard to sell my rental property and he was excellent. From the initial meeting where he respectfully appraised the property and proposed the price, right through to completion day, when he handed the property over to the new buyer. He managed to find the right buyer and everything went through smoothly first time. Communication throughout was great using WhatsApp and because we were away travelling he handled everything locally for me, which was one less thing to worry about.

After our initial conversation, Richard came to see us at very short notice, which was particularly helpful. He outlined the entire selling process, the current state of the market, and produced a valuation which we were happy with. His rates are very reasonable. His plan for marketing was clever, and we were sale agreed on day 2.
