We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! Had a fantastic experience purchasing a property through Richard at Miles Byron. The process was quite complicated and Richard kept me updated throughout with sometimes daily (or more) phone calls.
