We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! We believe in traditional, straight forward and transparent business with all of our clients throughout the entire moving process. We personally create and tailor our terms and conditions when selling your property. Ensuring they are totally bespoke to you.
