From buying your first home to purchasing an investment property as well as providing a variety of marketing methods such as the offering of professional photography, virtual tours, accompanied viewings as well as virtual and live viewings via social media website portals. We are able to source Energy Performance Certificates for very competitive prices, provide you with a list of reputable and well established solicitors we work alongside for your conveyancing, once you have agreed a sale on your property. We can put you in touch with a reputable financial/mortgage advisor who can qualify you as a buyer/seller and in turn they will put you in the most favourable financial position to negotiate on your next home. In addition we can recommend some reputable and reliable RICS surveyors (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and even put you in touch with local and competitively priced removal companies, so that you are well prepared for that 'BIG' moving day of yours! We believe in traditional, straight forward and transparent business with all of our clients throughout the entire moving process. GoogleTrying to book a viewing is near on impossible sent over 5 messages via several different platforms, i then called and the automated systems has about 5 different options, once I finally spoke to a human who couldn't have been any less enthusiastic said that the property has now been let despite i still being advertised as available.
