GoogleThis agent has a poor reputation in Swindon and this is why....Shocking estate agent that treats its clients who rent like dirt. My mother is in her Seventies and her partner disabled and mostly house bound and they have not been sending electricians to sort out faulty electrics that has meant they've been living without heating and hot water that impacts on human health. They've been offered no support with things like gardening and mowing and the estate agents have been rude down the phone. My mother at age 70 is now looking for another rental as this despicable agent and the landlord have given them a section 21 notice. All for a house in Swindon for Β£700 a month! You should be ashamed of your selves!

GoogleThis Estate Agent and Letting Agent has a terrible reputation in Swindon for a very good reason - customer service is very poor. They care very little about their customers and anyone that deals with these people should be very careful. Our own experience is one of shock, never have we communicated with such unprofessional people in all our life. How they stay in business is incredible but we would never recommend them, you have been warned.

Pro-active at all times and kept us updated every step of the way. never felt like anything was too much trouble or we were bothering Claire. Would thoroughly recommend using Dewhurst to any family or friends planning to move home.

GoogleIf your buying through this company, make sure you get your requirements in writing. I have seen an awful service, the property was a new build finished to a βhigh standardβ, the place way filthy, coffee stains on the radiators, marks on the walls and cupboards doors not even hung straight! The communication from them is awful. Wouldnβt reccoment them at all, especially for first time buyers!
