An absolute excellent service provided by Dewhurst and Co in particular Natalie. My In-laws sold their property and brought their new home through Dewhurst. In what was a relatively long chain and at times incredibly frustrating we are very appreciative of Natalie's constant chasing and prompt updates. Not just with us but with liaising with our solicitors and other agents in the chain. Without any hesitation I would 100% recommend Dewhurst. Thank you for all your help and hard work in helping them secure their new home.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dewhurst Estate Agents. Right from the outset they were professional, punctual and supportive. It started with Richard giving a comprehensive overview of the service they would provide, together with a realistic valuation. We were never chased to choose them, unlike other Estate Agents, and all our queries were answered promptly. They were always available and approachable and always returned calls if they were out of the office. Natalie was excellent too, always willing to chase solicitors when things seemed to slow up. They both helped to make what is sometimes a very frustrating and stressful time manageable. They also both seemed delighted for us when everything was completed, not for the commission they may have earned but out of genuine pleasure to help. Thank you again Carol & Geoff.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dewhurst on two house sales now and they have always been great. My most recent move was definitely not plain sailing and at times I wondered if it was all going to fall apart. Richard, Jordan and Natalie were absolutely fantastic when selling our home. The knowledge, experience and guidance my husband and I received throughout the process was priceless. It's rare to find such top notch service these days. Nothing was too much trouble even if they did have to hold my hand though parts of the process and answer silly questions I may have had. What can I say! This must have been one of the most awkward chains ever to encounter with my buyer's solicitor not helping things... Thank God for Natalie! Always keeping us informed and forever chasing that solicitor (until she wasn't allowed to anymore 😁.) Just goes to show how much Natalie and the team will do to make this happen. Dewhurst and Co have honestly been the best estate agent we have ever worked with! After a pretty dreadful experience in Swindon, we we're over the moon to find Dewhurst. We brought a property through Natalie and Richard. To start with, the viewing was one of the best and most professional viewings I have ever been too. Natalie was so knowledgeable about the area, house and any questions. We had spoken to Natalie previously about some concerns, and she actually remembered this and addressed it when we viewed the property, which is just amazing and really great customer service. We were supported throughout the entire process by Richard who was just incredible, in keeping us up to date, chasing solicitors when needed and all round just being great. There was nothing that was to much, and I really believe both Natalie and Richard went above and beyond to support us even in a global pandemic. I can categorically say, when we are thinking of moving again, or anyone else I know is moving in Swindon Dewhurst & Co will be my go to Estate Agent, and I would recommend 100%. Dewhurst have been so helpful and professional every step of the way in selling my property. Photos taken for the adverts were professional and really showed off my property. Adverts were quickly posted on relevant websites and they even coming back to take a nicer picture of the outside on a sunny day! They kept me up to date with viewings, always giving me notice and the property sold very quickly. Fees were fair, transparent with no gimmicks like some other estate agents I looked at. The after sales process is what I as a seller have valued the most. Everyone is so friendly and handled my many questions, worries and concerns calmly and professionally. They kept chasing solicitors and passed on many messages between myself as a seller and the buyer. I am so glad that I picked a small local estate agent versus online competitors as we were on first name basis through the entire process and spoke pretty much every week with updates. Not living in the area but with a property to sell, an acquaintance suggested Dewhurst & Co. Richard was attentive & friendly organising the valuation & marketing material. I then dealt with Natalie who was brilliant. Superb communication. She went above & beyond dealing with queries and pushing things along (Solicitors weren’t very coordinated & rather slow). She was a helpful ‘go between’ us and the purchaser directly which resolved queries quickly and easily.
