The sales team at Dewhurst provided such a great service in selling my property. We were part of a large chain which led to various issues being raised by buying/selling solicitors through the duration of the sale. Our sales negotiator from Dewhurst, Claire Godwin, was a great help and was incredibly proactive in liaising with all parties from the chain to expedite the exchange and completion in a timely manner. The Dewhurst team, in particular Claire, went above and beyond to support my sale, and was always on call to answer any concerns or queries that I had. I know how stressful selling /buying a property can be, and having someone on your side like the Dewhurst team makes a real difference. Thoroughly recommended.

Natalie has kept everyone informed of progress including the sellers agent, who enjoyed her cheerful phone calls. Poor service to landlord and tenants, withheld desposit money for work that supposedly needed doing and after a year I spoke to the new tenants and guess what...the painting, installing chains in doors etc that we lost money over...never happened. Wonder what they did with that money? Will be interesting to see what happens when they get audited. Also, a viewing was arranged without telling us (the tenants) I was sick and locked the front door but came to see what the loud banging was - as I was looking through the eyehole one of their estate agents banged his shoulder against the door with the key in the lock and managed to force open the door and barge into the house whilst knocking me over. Needless to say, the wide-eyed couple standing on the step did not proceed with the viewing. So many more horror stories from this agency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
