GoogleJessica, Laura and Matthew helped us find a property to rent on a very short notice. The process of letting was staright forward and communication was good. I have let with Belvoir previously and they are really good with sorting out any issues at property. Hoping that good service will continue this time around as well.

GoogleThank you thank you!! Poppy was absolutely brilliant throughout a torturous 8 months trying to sell my flat. She managed to find a buyer quickly, but then solicitors slowed the whole process down She constantly kept the pressure on the solicitors and it finally paid off. Without Poppy the sale would have fallen through. She is a STAR!!!

GoogleI have been renting with Belvoir for the past 2 years then I have purchased a flat with them. I have found the communication smooth almost at all times and the staff was helpful and reassuring. I even got a flower from them “as a thank you and sorry we got delayed”. I have not tested or collaborating with all the agencies outthere, but I am pleased to say that Belvoir was a good suit to me. Already recommended them.

GoogleI tried to rent property with gumtree but I didn't have any luck. I so tried Belvoir and I have to say I'm really impressed with their level of service. Matthew met me on site to discuss options, and I found him to be extremely well informed and helpful. Poppy who dealt with prospective tenants is impressively on the ball and proactive with things I'd missed.

GooglePoppy was fantastic throughout the whole purchasing process. She was brilliant at liaising with the vendors and keeping an open stream of communication, as well as chasing down solicitors and updates. The whole process took a lot less time than expected, largely due to her being so efficient.

GoogleAfter letting one of our properties with Belvoir we decided it was the right time to sell so let Belvoir manage this also. They have been great from both a lettings and sale point of view. Poppy has kept us updated throughout the whole process, and liased with all parties involved. From initial viewings to completion the experience was great. Definitely recommend.

GoogleTerrible professionalism, they say they will give you a return and they don't. I went to see a house and said I liked the house and would keep it. Then they said they would send the form by email and they didn't.

As explained this morning we had to reach out to the landlord of the property before we could accept an application from you but unfortunately he was unwilling to accommodate the amount of people that wished to reside in the property. GoogleMolly at Belvoir does a great job, always helpful and follows up on things. Just sad that she is leaving shortly because - in my opinion - she is the best member of staff at Belvoir! I only wished all her colleagues were as helpful as she has been.
