When it comes to honoring commitments and customer service, Allen and Harris is the worst company to deal with. I've paid for my lease agreement but for the past 4days, it hasn't been treated. I've called more than 20times but no one is picking up. Seems they close by 12noon everyday now. Terrible Terrible bunch. Wouldn't recommend them.

GoogleFrom start to finish, these guys have been amazing, we chose them to sell our home as we had bought the house through them and they had been so helpful then, they were amazing to sell with too!! Excellent team throughout!

GoogleThe Highworth team are brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable. Andy in particular was incredibly helpful to my wife and I as we started out to buy our first property. Can't recommend enough for helpful, friendly, knowledge and patient staff. Thanks for everything.

They are scammers. We paid a holding fee for a property to move on the 12th. They told us no on the 10th and kept our money £279. It is clearly a tactic they use since agency fees are gone. You let people pay a holding fee then tell them no and keep their money.Please don’t go for them. Scammers

I made a offer and it was accepted by the Agency in Southmead but after few days they say they Received another offer and my offer is invalid and they known the Rules and according to them the Buyer (myself)is not a Costumer for them Very very bad Costumer service Stay away from this Company for buying or for selling

GoogleMy property was overvalued and never sold. I have lost a year's rent. Now with another agent. High fees especially for low end properties. Not happy as wasted a year.

Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

Allen & Harris Albany Road, cant valuate houses. Most lower priced houses all Standard £160,000 despite condition of property. Not good if your selling immaculate house, and same price as one that needs totally renovating in same/similar area. Insulting to selkers of nice properties
