Eventhough our overall experience with Openarch was OK until now, this review is specifically for Abi Whitfield. I have contacted their main switchboard number on a friday evening after 3.30 to get a letter for me as permitted occupier in one of their properties. This was very urgent for my employment purpose and I didnt have any other proof to submit. Abi answered my call and was very polite in understanding my requirement. She offered me a call back and I thought “Ok, now she might call back on a monday” and I have to wait until then. I kept my phone away and sat for my work. To my astonishment I got a call back in 10 mins and the letter with in next 30-45 minutes which literally saved 2 days for me as monday was a holiday. I cant thank her enough for the support she has provided. Keep the good work Abi.

I am extremely happy with OpenArch service and support, specially from our previous property manager Patricia Cheng, she has been super helpful answering all of our questions and being on top of things at all times, really a top performance manager who puts customer satisfaction as a top priority and delivers quality service and assurance. The OpenArch team also delivers, replying quickly to concerns and for any maintenance issues (if any) that we had during our previous tenancy, in a day or two we had already a profesionally on site fixing the issue.

I am a first time renter which made it incredibly difficult for me to be able to rent, I explained my circumstances to Megan one of the property managers at open arch and she immediately sympathised and was at work helping me with the whole process to get me into a property in a short time window! I practically met the entire team over the phone the amount of times I called to ask questions and everyone was fantastic! Me and my partner having dealt with many estate agencies can definitely say this one with Megan and the rest of the team are a god send!! I have just finished renting with Openarch after two and a half years and can honestly say they have been fantastic. I have rented two different properties from them through Megan Sullivan and have had exceptional service throughout. Any problems I have had were sorted within 2 working days, and even the longer problems were only because they had to come back on a second day after going and collecting items that they didnt have on the initial visit. They keep you very well informed of potential visits for general maintainence and are always on hand to help via email or phone. We have been so impressed with Faye Young at OpenArch. After days of poor service from other agents and knock backs because we were looking for a 6 month tenancy with a dog, Faye was the first person to a) act professionally, b) show some care and most importantly c) be proactive. Within an hour of her first email to me we had virtually viewed a property and expressed interest and within 48 hours she had it all sorted for us. We are so grateful and would recommend OpenArch highly as everyone there we have had contact with has been fantastic. We are moving from London to Cambridgeshire, after selling our apartment, and need a home whilst our new house is finished but we had no idea how complicated the rental market has become, despite the Model Tenancy Agreement introduced by the government in 2021. However, what shocked us most was the lack of interest from big name agents in helping us as clearly rentals in and around Ely are not sitting around, so there was no need for them to do anything other than the basics. Not a great way for the sector to be seen. We are so glad therefore that we found OpenArch. We cannot thank them enough and again a great example of the bigger multiple site agencies not being better. A personalised service always delivers more.

This is my first property and i have been put at ease knowing myself and my partner will be well looked after.
