I put my house up for sale with this company last summer 20024. The sales agent's and all staff I dealt with were perfectly pleasant and helpful and the brochure etc all OK . They gave feedback after each viewing. However they did not attempt to go above and beyond on anything. Although they were aware I was also looking for a house in the local area they never drew my attention to suitable houses that THEY had for sale. I only found out if they had new houses with them as I have alerts on Zoopla etc After 3 months of viewings but no offers they never suggested a conversation about lowering the price or any improvement's etc I understand that I could have also pushed this further also and queried it and maybe I should have ?.But what was I paying for ? I got the impression this company are just coasting and doing what they have always done. They done nothing special for me and I terminated my contract as soon as I could. They need to revisit their sales model

GoogleThe estate agents had identified a buyer before we even went up for sale with them! They bought the flat and communication and updates were always available and queries answered promptly. I would definately recommend them.

FacebookI would like to compliment the excellent customer service that Gareth, at the Swansea Office, has provided both my son and I, in recent months. My son is student at Swansea University and Gareth was able to offer us a viewing in the local area with easy access to university on foot. Gareth was also able to negotiate a suitable payment plan in conjunction with my son’s student finance payments. Other agents were not so flexible. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, my son had to leave his tenancy early and despite my son being referred on to the landlord (as Clee were only involved in the letting of the property) Gareth was still able to offer help and advice to conclude the tenancy. Gareth is a credit to the company and we would thoroughly recommend Clee/Gareth to others.

GoogleDon't normally write reviews but clee definitely deserve one after months of my nagging (no fault of their own) to chase and find out information from the vendor solicitors. They have been nothing but helpful through out! Special mention to Julie you been a star! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy.

Dreadful Morriston branch. Sharp practice. Continued viewings on a house after we agreed an offer without informing us. Allowed us to drive 5 hours each way for a second viewing to resolve a boundary issue. They did not follow up on this viewing but then accepted a new offer from another party and then asked us to increase our offer behind the back of the new person. Avoid.
Apologies for the delay, we have only just starting using this review service. Really sorry to hear about this experience. We will of course be investigating this internally to see if there are any issues to address. In meantime really grateful you took time to review and we wish you the very best for the future.

We went with CTF to sell our property because their assessment of the property value seemed to be grounded in good understanding of the local economy. Turns out they were spot on and the property sold at the full asking price within a couple of weeks. While we were going through the selling process, the team were always there to help in any way they could. The whole team were always able to access information about the status of the sale so anyone we spoke to could answer our questions or help move things forward. Any communication between ourselves and the buyers was passed on immediately so there were no delays. Absolutely brilliant service all round! Highly recommended.
