Louise and Jackie did an excellent job of holding what should have been a short and simple chain together to a successful conclusion for all. Part of the problem was caused by a storm derived leak to our roof and the agents did an excellent job of keeping the deal alive and encouraging everyone to keep going. Whwnever required the agents responses were quick, tactful and considered. Thank you.

FacebookI’ve spoken to a few estate agents in Swansea recently as I’ve moved back to the area, and they were all disinterested apart from Belvoir. Leah has been fantastic throughout the whole process and due to the customer service I received from her, I still went for a flat through Belvoir after the first one I was interested in fell through. I didn’t look anywhere else and I would recommend to anyone.

We have checked the system and can see that one of the Lettings team left a voicemail for you at 8.40am on the 12th June and then subsequently spoke to you later that day at 3.48pm. We are averaging 35 rental applications per property so the team are working very hard to get back to each enquiry although response times can be slower in peak Summer months. FacebookAbsolute nightmare after renting with them still wont give my deposit back after 2 months saying the landlord needs to approve it! Currently wont answer the phone or any emails about the matter very disappointing. Would not recommend!!!

FacebookI have been using Belvoir for the past 8 years and I have found the service they provide to be exceptional. All the Belvoir staff are polite, efficient and extremely helpful. They always have your interests in mind and communicate thoroughly throughout the process, offering sound judgement and advice when required. The ‘tenant find’ service is first class and removes all the stress normally associated with this part of letting a property. Belvoir’s ex-forces discount makes the whole process even more palatable and worthwhile. I continue to use Belvoir for all my lettings and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

My many questions and emails have all been handled very efficiently. All the staff I have been in contact with have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. First class service. Feedback has been prompt and offers have been thoroughly vetted to ensure that they can proceed. The property has been effectively marketed and I am very pleased with the service received to date.
