The Trusted AgentThe whole team was a pleasure to deal with. Belvoir arrived promptly with specialist equipment to photograph and map out the whole house with minimal disruption. They offered advice on how best to present our home but did not push us to do anything we didn't want to do, we felt extremely informed and comfortable the whole time. Viewings were booked around our schedules and conducted by Belvoir. We were given a member of staff who managed our sale which was great as they were always up to speed with the details. Very happy with their service. Selling was pain free and any questions we had there was always a member of staff on the end of the line to help out.

FacebookI recently used Belvoir to move into my first non-student rental. Anthony was incredibly helpful and quick to answer any questions that me or my flatmate had. We were on a tight time schedule and Belvoir were more than accommodating to this. They really helped make a stressful situation simple. GoogleAwful, terrible service! I have been trying to book viewing of a property that looks appropriate for my family for the whole day - I phoned all their phone numbers without any response but autoreply, I filled the online form on their website, then repeatedly contacted with their chat-bot/ someone called Lily on their website, but the only answer was that they knew my contact details and one of their staff would give me a callback ASAP! Still no sign of that “ASAP” by the end of the day. Not recommended, not even a little, for anyone wants to let a property! Zero stars

FacebookI wanted to say a massive Thank you to Kirsty and James at Belvoir Sketty, they have been amazing. I purchased my property through Belvoir and I felt that they had a great balance of working on behalf of their vendor and supporting me through the process. I could go to them for anything and my query would be dealt with promptly and efficiently. My sale wasn’t straightforward and it was stressful, but they stayed in contact and went above and beyond. If I was to move again(hopefully I won’t 😂) I would definitely approach them to sell my property.

GoogleViewed a number of properties with Belvoir (with Chris). He was a breath of fresh air, knew his brief and was candid and honest. Resulted in an offer being placed. This is obviously a review as a buyer - but I would not hesitate to use him/Belvoir to sell a property for me in the future.

FacebookOutstanding service from Belvoir, my house was flooded in January, I needed a property ASAP and Arwel the letting agent came to my rescue pretty quick. A pleasant, very professional young man nothing was to much trouble for my need as he guided me through the process of letting. Arwel is a credit to Belvoir and I wish him well in the future. GoogleI had booked someone in for a valuation on Friday at 2pm. I was around all afternoon and no one showed up. Not even a phone call. I called the office around 4pm and their manned answer service said someone would call me back. I am yet to receive a phone call. Shockingly bad service.

FacebookWe have just used Ceri Hampton of Belvoir to sell our house. From initial meeting through to completion the service has been first class. They promised not to just sell our house but to see it through the whole process. That focus turned out to be instrumental during the time from the offer being accepted to Completion. I honestly believe the sale would not have gone through without Ceri's continuous communication, patience and help. Really big thankyou to Ceri, Ben and the rest of the team. FacebookRecently purchased a property in Copper Quarter using Belvoir. They were very professional in all matters right through from initial viewing and price negotiation through to completion. Special mention to Ceri Hammond who was my liaison with Belvoir. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me updated at every stage. All of the office staff in Swansea were very amiable and I was delighted to receive a new home card and bottle of wine on completion which really reflected the personal touch they engendered.
