Horrible, horrible experience with this agency. DO NOT RENT out of them. 8 weeks and still deposit not returned, excess rent not paid back. No communication, not responding to emails. Be very careful with this agency.

Despite a flooding half way through the sale, Geoff handled this amazingly keeping the buyer calm and everything went through without any problems.
