Based on the sales progressing what an absolute shambles. Seem to not understand the process, unable to communicate effectively between solicitors and other estate agents and have left us to do most of the work. Feel completely in the dark on a critical part of the process and when updates do come they make zero sense. So much room for improvement and not helpful when individuals are on holidays and do not advise or handover cases.

Worse experience ever!!! We drove all the way from London to Kent with our 8 month old baby for a viewing with Abdul and nobody turned up !! We sent emails, left voicemail while we were waiting in front of the property and nobody contacted us back .

We had a fantastic experience with the rainham branch during the purches of our first property. Judy and Ali helped us to find the house and was involved through out of the purches making sure that each detail is dealt with properly and that our needs are met. It was great working with them and definitely will recommend them to out friends and family.
