GoogleWe met this person a year ago when trying to find a property but unfortunately, we chose the wrong house with another provider. Recently we have had Sam Killick out to our house to value the property. I cannot express enough how grateful we have been for his support and professional manner. He has acted in our best interest throughout. Even when terminating our contract due to my partner now being self-employed and unable to port our mortgage, he understood what this meant to us, and he still asked if we were okay and offered other options. Following my initial meeting with Sam we received calls from all over our suggested areas looking for a home for us. He is productive, empathetic and to meet him during such a sad time, he provided us with a glimpse of hope!

GoogleIn July 22 we started looking for a property in Faversham. We were very fortunate that Wards had just the place for us. Since the acceptance of our offer to exchange of contracts we have been helped by all the staff with their friendliness, courtesy, approachability and action. In particular, we greatly appreciated Maria Meddings who on introduction said she'd steer us through which she has done with regular updates, answering all our queries (however minor) and was always reassuring us that all would be well. Without her help and understanding of our concerns, this time would have been most stressful to us. She has indeed steered us through what we felt were very choppy waters, which she smoothed over easily. Thank you, Maria, for your forbearance, perseverance and general good cheer throughout. We wish you every success in your career and are sure that we are only one of many clients you deal with daily, equally helpfully. A bit like spinning plates when none fall to the ground! We recently asked Wards to give us a valuation of our bungalow. We are not ready to sell at this time but could be sometime in the future. James Rixon came to give us a valuation on our property. He was excellent. He called us prior to the appointment to see if all was still ok with the time. He was very kind and complimentary concerning our home. He explained everything fully and clearly and answered all of our questions. He was very professional. He was not pushy but patient and considerate. My only regret is that I didn’t hire Ward’s solicitor partner Martin Tolkhurst as the sale would have gone through much quicker. Our sale was delayed by a few weeks due to our solicitor

I would not recommend. They carried out tenant check out and missed a lot of damages by the tenant which cost me more after tenant has left. I receive communication from different staff which is confusing. I sent a complaint, till date, it has not been resolved.

The staff at Wards on Rochester High Street are fantastic people. Debbie and Jason at the branch helped me with all the endless papers, reports and surveys that are part of the process of buying a property. They were never too busy to go through any paperwork with me. I cannot even begin to explain how patient and kind they are. Every step of the way they have been there for us, advised us and guided us. Matthew and Dawn have always been incredibly friendly and welcoming and Dawn showed me around the property the second time and even helped me 'hunt the boiler'. Debbie, the manager is one of the kindest, most lovely people I have met. No question or query from me, however silly or trivial, was too much for her to answer and deal with. I feel lucky to have found this team. In fact, I never signed up with any other agents. They will change any negative opinions you have of estate agents. I must mention Judy who, through a lot of negotiation, sorted out an earlier completion date. The Wards team at Rochester are wonderful people. I will never forget their kindness, patience and honesty. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
