Once again, Maria was highly efficient in putting an advertisement out and attracting a large number of potential tenants for my property in Margate. She selected one who was suitable and this individual has now moved in. The last tenancy did not end well and finished abruptly, but only a week was lost between one tenant and the next. This is a very reassuring service and throughout the whole process, Maria remains helpful, supportive, and calming (necessary at times!). Her manner with me makes a real impact and along with Nadia, it makes for a sense of security and professionalism. I highly recommend Maria, both in her efficiency and manner.

Excellent customer experience

Excellent customer service from the team at Ward's. They were communicative and patient in addressing any questions or concerns we had before moving in. The process for agreeing to the tenancy was made clear from the start, so no surprises at all along the way. They continued to be helpful even after we moved in.I would highly recommend Ward's if you are looking for a property in the Ramsgate area. They responded to emails and calls in a timely manner and make the time to provide a personal approach to the letting process.

Brilliant Service

Wards of Hythe were brilliant in handling our recent sale. From beginning the marketing process to finding us a buyer they were really good. Our special thanks to both Marks and Darren. After a buyer was found they continued to help. Wards have a dedicated Sales Progressor (Jodie) who was really great too. The rest of our chain had not sold through Wards but Jodie was in touch with the entire chain to speed things up. The whole experience was handled by the team with friendliness, professionalism, good knowledge and a sense of humour. They were always ready to listen when I was frustrated or needing to let of steam. I would recommend Wards of Hythe to everyone and would give them 6 stars if I could. Will certainly use them if we ever decide to move again.

Quality Sales Progressor- Grace Scott

I have recently sold a house via Ward’s and Grace Scott was appointed as the Sales Progressor on a mature chain. Grace seamlessly took on the role and she navigated some very difficult and vocal stakeholders with such skill. Grace strikes balance of professionalism with warmth and empathy- and not from a customer service tick box perspective- Grace is authentic and truly cares. Grace constantly went above and beyond throughout the process, despite it truly being challenging and drawn out- factors out of Grace’s control. In this case, Grace pulled everyone together and was THE lynch pin. Grace was accessible, a fantastic communicator and seems to get the best out of people by doing things in right way. This is a unique trait in an industry of heavy handedness and I think the only issue her management will ever have is that she can’t be cloned! If you work out how to do this please get in touch with me because I wish I could have more people like Grace in my workplace! As an HR professional I have been consistently impressed by the quality of her support, thank you Grace.

I wanted to take the time to thank Jordan who helped smooth out issues early in the process and helped us find the house! I also would like to say a massive thank you to Anouska, our sales co-ordinator. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions throughout the process and also had a fair few issues crop up during. A HUGE thank you to Marina Carter from Wards Welling. She is a friend on the "inside". Marina is friendly, professional and took the stress out of renting for the first time in 15 years. Her confidence and knowledge about the whole process gave us peace of mind. Some estate agents night leave you wondering what you get for the fees that you pay. Not so with Ward in Welling. From start to finish, professional, efficient, honest and straight talking. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done, and deliver. Can’t fault them. I would only rent and buy through Wards because they are professionals in what they do.

It's a shame u have to put a star because its more -100.I am writing this for my parents as they don't have Internet. I wish I could upload photos of the sickening mould they have lived with for a yr and how u done nothing u lied when writing letters and talking.Antony B***** what a waste of time he is he needs to go on a.people skills course firstly when talking to residents and saying something isn't beneficial is really not good ,obviously he has xray vision and smell o vision and thats why he felt it wasn't beneficial what a ..... you cannot blame covid for this when u sent other people out u to take photos u didn't give a damn then,even then he was useless and took photos of stuff not needed .Did u pull out a guy randomly of the street to take photos that didn't need to be taken even when they showed him he wasn't interested,u were quick enough to write letters that didn't regard anything that needed to be sorted you done absolutely nothing u pledge to look after ur tenants LIE u just want money that's all.You claimed to be leasing with Mark blamey community navigator at connect well East Kent again another LIE u ain't ,u never have spoken to him.In January u wrote a letter.Heading I hope this letter finds u well are u taking the mick.You then say it was brought to ur attention about numbers of rubbish left under the car port and to make sure garden is sorted we asked who reported this as again more LIES and again u couldn't answer but as we know the guy who ur renting this property out for has relatives round there so more bullsh** made up. You asked my parents If they had a falling out with the neighbours that was NO it was the guy that owns the house,again blaming innocent people for his mess up the list just goes on and on.They offered u medical evidence u didn't want to know again caring for ur residents NO ur Pledge means sweet FA. I have evidence to back these up these are not false allegations these are truths.it goes on and on about how bad u have really been.please feel free to contact my parents or myself to.discuss this matter or will this be brushed under the carpet as it doesn't just look bad it is bad u are a disgrace to the rental companys.U victimised and discrimainated my parents because they are pensioners and disabled and You were to lazy to help and used covid as an excuse. Shame on you.i missed out on seeing them because of the state of the place that u left them to live in because I have young kids that I couldn't have get ill with the cr*p that was happening.Never would I recommend you.

I have been working with Leah Peacock for the last year and a half. I had a difficult tenant and without Leahs' help, it would have caused a great deal of financial difficulties for myself.Leah went above and beyond in her role as a Property Manager. Good evening, I just wanted to say that me and my partner had been looking for months for a property and I was told on numerous occasions there were 75 to 80 people going for each property. Even when the properties came on the website, I rang and didn't get a chance. I literally ran out of time and had to move out of the house I was renting as it had been sold and stayed with a couple of friends for a month..then lee churchyard contacted my partner, my partner explained to him our situation and for the first time we had a chance of actually seeing a property. Lee went out of his way and found a property which we managed to view.He has been brilliant throughout the whole process and I am so grateful to him and the staff at wards all if them are so helpful, thank you.We moved in yesterday after a long 3 stressful months of searching with no success..would definitely recommend them and thank you again lee we can finally relax. Great experience for first time buyers

She's been so on the ball, always communicative, and I've enjoyed it every time we've been on the phone together. After a pretty smooth process at the start, it took a lot of effort to get us to the point of exchange, and Jodi was a driving force in that. She was also reassuring. As a first time buyer, it's hard to know what the right thing to do is, or what's normal about the process, and what's not. She really helped with it all.

Very poor service once you decide to leave

We had let out our house through Wards for past 4 years. Everything was ok until we decided to try out another estate agent. I informed them about this and did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. After multiple phone calls/emails later, the manager of this person who I was dealing with contacted me and waived off one month of my notice period out of 3, for not getting back to me on time. There after I contacted this manager multiple times in order to get current tenancy information send out to the new agent. Almost all of my emails had a delay of 2 weeks to get a reply. That too after couple of times follow up. In the end, I just used to telephone wards customer care instead of dealing with this person. For the 4 years with them, it was very bad experience in the end and now will never go back to them due to this reason.

Walderslade Office Kim Senior Sales Progressor

Just can't praise Kim Batchelor enough - I really put her through the mill dealing with an exceptionally difficult and very complicated (to say the very least!!) move which am now due to complete on next week. Kim not only got my purchase through, but also had to deal with my frantic calls/tears/and frustration whilst going through marriage breakup and helped me keep sane with her calm and empathic manner which got it all done - I can't thank her enough. I also want to say what an absolutely amazing team the whole Walderslade office are - particularly Kenny Branch Partner and Sam - Marketing Consultant who knew the type of house I was looking for and found my perfect home for my new start! Like Kim, they have been though my traumatic journey into my new home and cannot recommend the whole team highly enough. Bad press sometimes with Estate Agents, but the whole team at Walderslade Office certainly went well over and beyond. They are an outstanding team who I thoroughly recommend wholeheartedly. We want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Wards at Walderslade for everything they have done to sell our house. This is our third house we have sold with them over the years and yet again they excelled themselves. A particular thank you goes to Kenny George. We had a few “hiccups” along the way but it was no problem for “Super Kenny!!” Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We never had to chase anything up as he continually kept us informed through the whole process. When a couple of issues did arise he gave us confidence that it would be fine (which was is was!) therefore we had no stress. We would also like to thank Kim Batchelor. Kim was an absolute star! As first time buyers we didn’t know how the process worked but she explained it all from the start and kept us up to date at every stage. She was always there to answer any question we had.
