GoogleThe letting team at Belvoir have served me well in the past 3-4 years. They have been very professional throughout the Covid pandemic and always try to accommodate my requests. GoogleThey have been excellent from start to finish with the sale of my property. Always stayed in contact and chased solicitors who have been slow to react. They have all always acted and advised me in my best interest. My son has used them to rent a property as well and they were equally helpful to him. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI've recently moved into a house through Belvoir swale. On viewing this house I feel in love with it instantly but I also enquired to measure up. I asked if there was pipe work so I could use a dishwasher and apparently there was I also told another space would fit a standard size fridge but it doesn't. I've also had one of the radiators not heat up at all and I have phoned most days for 2 weeks regarding this and nothing has happened. Before moving in I was told if there is problems they get an engineer to fix straight away, but so far nothing. This has been the only problem I have had otherwise everything else has been perfect.
