My house has been in the hands of Karen and her team for 8 years or so now and I’ve always had confidence and peace of mind that they have my best interests at heart. I usually deal directly with Allana who is always on hand to offer support and advice if needed as well as keeping me updated on anything that needs doing or liaising between the tenant and myself if there’s any issues. I know that there’s a real person on the end of the phone or replying to my email and not some annoying robot. The personal touch makes all the difference. I’ve just had new tenants move in and Allana has kept me updated every step of the way. A pleasure to deal with.

As a landlord, I find Belvoir Swale an excellent company to deal with. They take care of everything and keep me fully informed every step of the way. Over the years, I have only had good experiences with them and the tenants they find. They are always ready to speak on the phone and I have never once felt abandoned or let down by them. - Edit August 2025 - I thought I would come back to this review after having to deal with tenancy change (after six years) and minor renovations to the property. As always, I feel that my property is in good hands and being let out to people who will respect it. Belvoir advised me of the need to re-carpet, renew certificates and a few updates due to natural wear and tear, which they then got on and organised ready for the next tenant. It really is like having a team of project managers, trades people and letting agents all at the end of the phone. But what I have really found to my liking, over the years, is the fact that I have direct email and phone numbers to people who know my property and respond. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with them.

Belvoir Swale made the process incredibly simple, giving us exact info on what we need, being very responsive even to the point that they send things hours earlier than we expect on the same day. I left a message late one Friday night asking for a viewing the next day after finding a house for sale in Sittingbourne, my wife and I had planned to see several properties that Saturday and Allanna called me back first thing in the morning. She was due to finish around 1pm but she very kindly stayed on so we could view the house and she gave us a very knowledgeable tour. An hour after we saw the house we put in an offer which was accepted almost immediately, and we cannot wait to move in! Our mortgage application hasn't been exactly smooth but as our primary contact, Allanna has been incredibly helpful and patient as we are first time buyers. Belvoir Swale is a family run estate agents and it is clear they are passionate about what they do. So far we have had a great personal experience with them and we appreciate their help 👍

Very quick service. However, just be mindful that Karen will be rude to you on the phone if she feels stressed or offended because she feels that she can. Not very professional and clearly from other reviews, this has happened before. This is a family-run business and that probably plays a part in Karen thinking she can speak to you this way. No doubt I'll have a silly response as to why we were spoken to this way. Save your breath guys. And to anyone else choosing this service, it doesn't matter how polite you are. Take this review as a heads up.
