GoogleKaren was such a great help with our situation in having to move quick. Karen kept us up to date and did not over complicate things like some other agents did. Once we got the keys karen gave us a call a couple of days later to make sure that all was ok with us and the property. Customer service ot of this world especially in the times at the moment. GoogleSuperb service given for the Sale of my property and assistance in purchasing of a new home. Customer service went above and beyond what was expected. Nothing to much trouble. Chased up all parties in the Chain, kept the sale moving during times of Covid. Maintenance Contractors were very helpful, attending to a couple of issues promptly and reasonably priced, to assist in the sale of the property which was sold in just over a week. I had been recommended to use a Web based Agent, so very glad I didn't! Real people, keeping on top of things gave an outstanding result. Great Package deal, with proactive parties. GoogleWe have been delighted with the service offered by Belvoir Swale concerning the renting of our two properties in Sheerness. Nothing has been too much trouble for Karen and her team and we have been kept informed and consulted on a regular basis with any issues and updates as they have arisen. During a recent 'problem' we had at one of the properties , Karen worked relentlessly on our behalf to secure the best possible outcome and her support and advice was priceless! Likewise, when we needed to make an insurance claim, Cynthia also attended the meeting at one of the properties and then provided all the relevant photos and information on our behalf. In our mind, their service has gone beyond what we could have possibly expected! We are also aware that our tenants are kept very well informed and that any problems with maintenance etc. that they might have, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. This adds up to happy landlords and happy tenants. Thank you Belvoir Swale!!

GoogleI called Belvoir this morning the moment they opened at 09:00 as an engineer needed access to a cupboard in the communal area that we did not have, Cynthia was on the doorstep with the master keys five minutes later and when it turned out what he needed wasn't behind that door, she returned to the office, called the Landlord and then relayed the information back to me to give us access to where it was. All resolved before my coffee got cold - I have never had such a good experience with a letting agent, professional with a personal touch that will ensure our repeat business in the future without hesitation.

GoogleWe want to thank the team at Belvoir for making our move into our new rental property smooth and hassle free as we had a bad experience with our previous landlord and agent, so were worried about taking on a new rental. Renting through Belvoir was so different and from the first day we enquired about a property we were treated with respect and Karen took the time to show us several properties that she knew would be perfect for our family. When we decided which one was best for the needs of me, my husband and new baby, Karen and her team went through every aspect of the tenancy making sure we understood everything we needed to before we got our keys to our new home. I had very specific requirements and a tight deadline due to house sale and needs of my son. I can honestly say nothing was to much trouble and it was a pleasure to have Julie and the team on hand to ensure she found the right property and dedicated to make sure everything was kept to schedule. GoogleI highly recommend Belvoir Swale - my house purchase has just gone through in only 7 weeks and Karen & Cynthia have been excellent and professional throughout. They stayed in constant contact throughout the purchase and played a huge part in getting the sale completed quickly. I will now be letting my property using Belvoir’s letting service and am looking forward to continuing to work with Karen and the team in the future.

GoogleVery friendly. We do have some issues that need fixing in the home. We have asked for their assistance on many occasions but the issues persist. Belvoir Swale are aware of these and have promised to fix the problems. However I almost 18 months on we are no further along. I am hoping that these issues will eventually be rectified as Karen is lovely and Cynthia & Alicia are hard working nice girls.
