These guys took on selling my property back in October, finalised on the 18th December. Wasnt plain sailing through no fault of the team, but Kelly and the rest of the team went out of their way to make sure it crossed the line. Even went above and beyond what they're expected to do to help. Would strongly recommend them. They took on board that I had previous issues with other firms harassing me every week to start the sale process, but these guys respected my wishes and didn't put any pressure on me at all. And it all happened naturally and smoothly. I chatted weekly with Kelly and felt I had more of a friend than I did an agent. Once again thankyou all, you are a credit to your brand.

To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Well what can I say. I never leave a five star for anyone so this must be proof in the pudding . Our move has got to be the most challenging for any estate agent. We had another estate agent for 3 months before we met Kelly and her team. In the first week with Bairstow we had more viewings than in the 3 months before. Kelly was very helpful, as were all the staff, and guided us through the sale of our house answering our questions calming us when we were getting frustrated, and liasing with ourselves and the buyer. Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting student property through Bairstow Eves based on our experience at 14 Devonshire Promenade this year. During the middle of winter, our house was left without heating for three weeks, which is completely unacceptable, especially in freezing conditions. We were initially told we would receive compensation for this, but that promise was later withdrawn without proper explanation.
