GoogleA pretty troublesome transaction with an exceptionally rude buyer. However Sam and the team at Goodfellows were fantastic at keeping cool calm and collected to produce the exchange that we all needed. Sam has been fantastic since then helping out with a couple of post completion niggles which have been handled fantasticly. Thanks again

Dear Valerie this review means so much and says so much.. it’s never easy leaving a home but after 38 years it must feel almost impossible. This is why for us , it is still so important to be available to clients face to face (currently with masks and at a social distance) on the telephone and via email. GoogleI just bought a house via Goodfellows, with dedicated help from Sam Bedford and Ellie Darby. Despite under the COVID19 situation, the whole process is able to complete within 3 months. I especially appreciate Sam and Ellie who provided assistance to me even after completion. They are also the most responsive agents I have met during the whole buying process.

GoogleSam Bedford and the rest of the team have been brilliant. Always there when we need and very supportive through the stressful time of house selling and buying. They had to sell our house not once but twice as we lost our original buyer. Both times they sold quickly and got the asking price we were after. Great customer service.

GoogleSo we are living in a old property in sutton and the place is falling apart being so old and every single time we complain about it they bill us for the repair. We moved into this house in the middle of the pandemic and they agent told us that the place has all electronic appliance although most of it wasn't working like the drier, chimney, oven,heater...etc after we moved in they asked us to replace to which we said no. Recently I got locked in the bathroom on a Sunday night because of the cheap lock they use(the person who came to fix it said it costs 99p and he had replaced the same for good fellows 2 times the same week) we tried calling their emergency number they didn't respond after waiting for long my husband had to force open the door. Now Goodfellows are asking us to pay 100 GBP for the repair although the lock was very old and had rusted which caused the entire incident and we are being blamed for not calling the locksmith. Without any consideration of the lock being so OLD and the incident happened on SUNDAY NIGHT and they failed to answer the call. Worst experience ever. I wish i could give zero stars.
