GoogleI've found them to be responsive and good. I'm in a medium sized block of circa 45 flats in Sutton and they are very well maintained, inside and out, and have been for many years. Any problems and they are sorted pretty quickly and the painting etc is regularly done. I'd be happy if they looked after any flat I had.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have recently had a nice experience with Centro Management in Sutton: I paid some money to management that I should not have as it was not my responsibility. Although I was not aware of it, Centro has immediately contacted me and reimbursed me the full amount. This is certainly an example of honesty and fairness towards customers, it shows one can trust them with full confidence. I was absolutely satisfied.

The Sutton branch Residential Lettings Property Manager, Samantha Orne, was outstandingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, and helped us with all the little problems we faced with great patience and good grace. They are very approachable and professional and showed genuine keenness to help. Centro staff also helped my mother secure her tenancy several years ago and she was also very impressed. YellPROMISES AND LIES
We the residents of 1 Throwly way sutton have Had to endure this management company. They constantly lie about works and maintenance .Lifts out of action for weeks and Weeks at a time. Brocken doors Brocken floor. Stay well away from them. You pay a lot of service charge £3000 a year for what I don't know. We are trying to get rid of them.
