Butler’s was founded in 2020 with a simple vision, to make sure that the lives and well-being of our customers was made better through great service, that made the process of moving home seamless and enjoyable. After all, changing where you live can be one of the most exciting and important events in someone’s life, that should be a pleasurable experience - and certainly not one to dread! Where we start is through honesty and transparency. We believe that this approach to estate agency achieves the best outcome for all, but can only be realised with a team that have the same ethics and principles, something that you will find through all of your interactions with us, that we back up in our six promises to you. Some call it the way service used to be. Because we don’t try to take on every home going, we’re able to focus on each client a bit more, taking the time to listen to your needs and aspirations whether renting or selling, and then provide the sort of service we’d want ourselves. GoogleBeautiful range of Heritage and Lifestyle homes to view which immaculately presented. We were only visiting to view the Henley show home as that style is not currently available in our area. Would have been a 5* experience except for the sales rep who had locked the showroom door, as per company policy for appointment only visitors but when we arrived 20mins early refused to pause her phone call to find out who we were and what we needed so kept waiting in the car until the appointment time and even then had us standing at the door for 5 more minutes before ending her call.
Hello Chris, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Sorry if you feel a slight disappointment from your visit to our Churchlands development at the weekend. At the moment our Sales Offices are appointment only and we are only allowed 1 family in our show homes at any given time. Our Sales Consultants are dedicated to ensuring all of our customers are provided with high level of service, whether that be on a phone call or a visit in person. We are also operating telephone appointments and unfortunately some phone calls and visits can go on longer than scheduled, but the Sales team endeavor to try and welcome our visitors as soon as it is possible to safely do so. First, the user friendliness and simplicity of the camera and the sharpness in quality from the scans and still photos is top notch! Secondly, Giraffe360 has the nicest employees!! From the beginning of my experience of getting a 1:1 tutorial, to using their "Help icon" and email Help Center, their time response has always been within an hour. Furthermore, when speaking to anyone on the technical side of this product, I feel heard, valued and respected. I love using this product and sharing my experience with anyone willing to listen. Lastly, I see this platform being used for various industries as the quality is superb and the product can't be beat.
