Anyone thinking of selling their home, should really look no further than "Chloe Mongiovi" from 'Butlers Homes' Estate Agents. From my first enquiry, when Chloe came to view my home, I could tell there and then that this young lady was the right person to sell my house for me. She gave me some very good advice, of which I followed and helped me find the right family that fell in love with the home that I have cherished and has guided me through all of the highs and lows that go with selling a property and finding a new abode. Chloe has, in my opinion, been the 'lead co-ordinator' of the whole of our 'chain' and the one person who has really chased my buyers solicitors, of whom were dragging their heels and holding everything up, to have them fulfill their duties, as they should have days prior. I even had a call yesterday, from the 'Agents' I'm purchasing from, of whom sang Chloe's praises for being, in his words, "The Real Trojan'' that saved the day and "how fortunate I am to have had Chloe on My Team ! Chloe is an absolute credit to 'Butlers Homes' and I would highly recommend 'Her' and Butlers to anyone looking to move. I'd go as far as to say... More Fool You If You Dont Use Them !!

The worst sales experience of our lives! We were excited to go to see the houses for a second time as we were now in a proceedable position. Churchlands was our first choice but unfortunately the sales consultant was so rude from the moment we arrived. We felt unwelcome and after a very brief conversion had to leave. She made no effort to make us feel welcome nor did she try and mention any incentives of which after looking online I know there is a LTT contribution on one of the Henley’s we were looking at. She didn’t ask if we’d like to see any plots or show us what was available. She spoke down to us and was very aggressive and unwelcoming in the way she presented herself. We went across the road to Bellway who were very welcoming professional and took the time to ask our requirements and show us around multiple plots. We’ve found a plot we like and there’s a good chance we’ll move forward with it. We had no intention on looking at Bellway but we were left with no choice after this visit. I’d strongly advise Redrow to remove this lady from anything customer faced if they want to make any sales.

I had the pleasure of working with Chloe and Tom by coincidence. As an agent operating in a completely different area, one of our long-term landlords purchased a property within their patch. After speaking with them, it was immediately clear they were the right people to support our landlord. I immediately felt at ease in their very capable hands. If you are a buyer then beware of the pricing strategy of Butler's estate agents. They will price the property well above the market rate and then will try to persuade you to accept a price near the upper margin. Also if you get an offer accepted then go for a full through building survey and check the perperty deeds for any covenents and restrictions. Buyer beware.
