GoogleAwful service the whole way through. Staff lack knowledge of the properties they are trying to sell and are never available when you need someone to come into a property for a quote. Poor.

GoogleTotally inefficient - poor communication, didn't provide premium listing as promised nor advertise open day until prompted, didn't advertise in branch window, arrived late to their own open day, didn't return phone calls, failed to deliver necessary prospective buyers (showed figures of 21k, advised 15 would attend, 2 appropriate attendees), more often than not unattainable. A whole catalogue of errors. I would not recommend Barnard Marcus in Sutton.

The letting was dealt with by Stephanie Burley and Rebecca who handled it in an efficient and professional manner, getting a good price and without any delays, so there was no break in the rental. GoogleAmazed to read these negative reviews. Can only conclude there has ben a complete change of staff since they were written. Each of the staff we have dealt with has been friendly, well informed and attentive. We are halfway through selling our property so only time will tell whether they live up to their good performance so far.

GoogleDishonest and unprofessional, lost the keys that I handed over and then told us they never received the keys, and that the amount would be deducted from the deposit given, I wonder if they have done the same to previous customers.... Christina the branch manager herself is very Unprofessional and rude. Very disappointed!

GoogleLuke and Vince have been the most helpful in trying to find a nice new flat to rent. They have been attentive, friendly and most certainly professional. I have had a lot of bad luck with lettings agents in the past but both Vince and Luke have gone above and beyond.
