Alex was always there to answer our questions and was very helpful , he did his job very professionally and always provided information to something that we asked about . GoogleAn overdue review - but never the less needs to be put in. When I purchased a property through them I was forced to use their in house mortgage broker (as did all of the buyers in the development) which of course was illegal. They also promised details about the flat which turned out to be false. Still got all of the above in writing. Law breakers ultimately.

Georgia and her team have been very different. Whilst being extremely efficient and proficient in managing the sale of my Mother’s property, they've done so in a really sensitive and thoughtful way. Excellent back end team co ordination and In house Mortgage guidance puts a customer in well settled position. Elliot should be highly commended on developing a great team for whom nothing seems to be too much trouble. Georgia has been absolutely first class in supporting us on both the buying and selling side, she is a real asset to the team. GoogleAll the team have been extremely helpful in assisting my 85 year old Mother in selling her flat . From the beginning of the process Alex and Elliot could have not done more and at the end of the process Julie was very kind and efficient. My Mother was unable to get to the office and the staff at Barnard Marcus visited her at home to support her in document signing etc . It was very reassuring for me as a daughter to know Mum was in safe hands .

GoogleVery pleased with the service from Barnard Marcus Sutton. Our family home of 30+ years had been underpinned just after we bought it, with no movement since. After six months with another agent and two failed sales, Barnard Marcus sold it for exactly the price we wanted, and the sale went through very smoothly, thanks to the understanding of their staff, and ability to explain the situation to potential buyers. GoogleWe’ve had the office with us for a year now to manage our rented property. They are very, very good. Our allocated managers give what feels like a very personalised service, with excellent communication coupled with common sense, pragmatism and experience. I really recommend this team. GoogleI used Barnard Marcus for the purchase of my first property. I have to commend the team in the Sutton branch as they were always very helpful and responsive. Any queries were dealt with straight away and the team went above and beyond to assist in whatever way they could, a special mention to Alex and Keo who were fantastic. Julie in the sales progression team was very helpful and supportive. I found they were all very willing to advise and assist in whatever way they could. I would definitely recommend using Barnard Marcus.
