GoogleThe staff from Barnard Marcus made a particularly stressful process of moving and renting as stress free as possible. Ryan worked relentlessly to find us the home we desired showing us multiple properties back to back, always being responsive and receptive to what we where looking for. He was excellent every step of the way from viewing to referencing. We felt like we where professionally dealt with by Ryan at Barnard Marcus, the same cannot be said for some other big estate agents we had the displeasure of dealing with. People like Ryan in the work force are invaluable someone who is professional but compassionate and understanding within the bounds of professionalism. Dealing with Barnard Marcus was a pleasure, real genuine person to person communication unlike some other big names where the staff seem robotic and cold. Finally after a few viewings we found exactly what we hoped we would find, called Ryan immediately and even though the property was being handled by another branch he went above and beyond to get us in their to view it and secure it for us.
