I cannot recommend highly enough Mr James Conner and the team at Andrews in Wallington.Due to market conditions it took us two years and 4 estate agents to sell our apartment. Andrews Wallington was the estate agent that succeeded in finding a buyer.Mr Conner unlike the other 3 agents we had engaged always kept us informed, he rang us weekly even if there was no news just to let us know that we hadn’t been forgotten (unlike all three of the other agents)When a buyer was found Mr Conner kept in touch with the buyer the buyers solicitor, our solicitor and us on a weekly basis.Always friendly, always enthusiastic, always upbeat, always honest, an estate agent cannot always find a buyer, market conditions always prevail however agents that work similarly to Mr Conner will ensure that once a buyer is found he will do all in his power to facilitate the sale through to completion.

My boiler broke on a Saturday…

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! Fab customer service. Thanks guys!

My experience with Andrew's over the years has been very hit and miss. However, since Luke in Leasehold has been working for Andrew's my entire experience of the company has changed. He is truly amazing! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and an all round excellent person. Luke is quick to reply, and offers support above and beyond always. He has supported me with some very complex property issues recently and has actually calmed me with his support and expertise. My partner and I were looking for a flat to rent. Jasmine was very responsive to the online query and called me to book a viewing within the hour of sending the email. Communication with the team is fast and straightforward. The online referencing can be done in your own time. We were updated regularly through email. The team is friendly and warm. Prior to this move we also rented through Andrews. When we visited their office recently, Hayley still remembered us from a year ago. Little things like this made the service really personal.

The Andrews team worked incredibly hard to get our sale over the line and we could not have asked for more. Janine was incredible and so supportive from the start, even coming over to hold the baby while the photos were taken. I'll miss our catch up chats, which always made me smile even during the stressful bits. This was a complicated sale and if it wasn't for her experience and dedication it would easily have fallen apart. I simply cannot recommend Andrews (Wallington), especially Ben Gordon-Smith enough. Having separated from my husband and living with family it was a very hard time for me and my x2 girls. After viewing a number of properties and not being selected, I saw a 2nd property through Andrews and got to meet Ben in person and explained my situation. After initially not being selected for a 2 bedroom flat in Wallington, 2 weeks later Ben contacted me to say that the initial people selected had a change in circumstances and if I was still looking he could speak to the landlord. He recommended me and really supported and helped me and my guarantor through the process, which was not easy. He truly cares and has a heart of gold, he went out of his way to help me and at times like this a little kindness means so much. His colleagues Austin and Karen were also so helpful. The customer experience with Andrews is truly remarkable and I cannot recommend them enough.

Brilliant customer service

Me and my partner have just finalised on a new rental property and I can say without any doubt that in the 27 years I’ve been renting, Andrews have been the best to deal with. Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.
