I contacted Andrew’s as I was Interested in a property they had for sale. Spoke with Nancy and arranged a viewing. Fell in love with the property so ended up putting an offer forward. Being a first time buyer can be quite nerve racking but with the service I received from Nancy this was made a lot easier and put me at ease. Great, friendly customer service which made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase.

Selling our property and buying at the same time through Andrews we thought would work well. They did well to connect with potential purchasers and worked hard to secure the sale.It was the post sale team who connected all the dots and followed up on all the solicitors enquiries which made a real difference to ensuring it all actually went through.Great team, communication spot on, they really did go to work once we signed up.Thank you

Appalling lack of professionalism, huge amount of time to sort out any issues. The house I rented was run down with no investment from the landlord. The Andrews team constantly changed, there was no communication or consistentcy, a fallen down ceiling, black mould were left for months without resolution. Lots and lots of things fell between the cracks - they just weren’t on top of things. They refused to let me attend check out (due to Covid) and then tried to fleece me on the deposit which they held onto for 6 months. I think they are fine if you’re buying a house because they are incentivised to act on your behalf. As a tenant nobody is your advocate, least of all Andrews. If you are a landlord with any principles I would avoid them.

I liked at two properties and They harass you with constant phone calls . When I expressed interest in a property they use Pressure sales techniques like ‘should I inform the sellers you’re making an offer’ without me explicitly saying such . I have multiple voicemails from this company . Do not advice to use their services if can be avoided. I’m aware all estate agents will chase buyers but Andrews were particularly pushy more than any agency I’ve come across
