GoogleAndrews Wallington have demonstrated customer service that is second to none! They handled my sale and were very helpful and professional. Due to my seller being gravely ill, it was imperative that my sale and purchase were done as fast as possible. Janine at the branch was amazing doing everything possible to speed things up, communicating with my buyer and both sets of solicitors. It was a stressful time but having Janine on side to assist made everything much less stressful. They always called back when they promised. Never overcommitted. Always frank and honest advice. I have used Andrews for a previous sale and have always found them hungry for the business but not aggressive in their sales tactics. I would highly recommend Janine and the team.

GoogleJames and his team marketed my mother's house following her death and we were dealt with great sensitivity at what could have been a difficult time. Their professionalism was exemplary, always available to answer questions. It was particularly helpful as I live in Devon and I felt they were always acting in my best interests . The portfolio was of exceptional quality, photographs were very professional. A delight to do business with and I would not hesitate to recommend them as the go to agents.

We bought both of our houses in Wallington through Andrews, and they have successfully marketed our house three times since 2011, each time remaining totally involved and supportive to the end. Unfortunately we could not conclude the process on two previous occasions, despite Andrews finding us good, willing and proceedable buyers, but this year they have once again offered us a committed and utterly reliable service, leading to a very satisfactory sale. James has remained a friendly, unflappable and completely dependable agent through all this, and Janine's calm, good-humoured and decisive approach was welcome during difficult moments. We would recommend their services without hesitation.

I had the extreme misfortune to rent a property from Andrews in the South Wales area. Portfolio Property Manager was Nicola Holdaway. What a vile company to deal with, rude and obnoxious staff who couldn't care less. Getting any response from her was a nightmare, so unprofessional, I would not recommend this company and will certainly never use them again.
