It is my pleasure to give 5 stars . Mathew, Daniel and Andrew including Steve the manager. They are all professional but friendly and wonderfully supportive. They are always willing to help nomatter what. The most important for me is that they never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable to ask for help. They are very knowledgeable and have a sense of humour too which is important. Mostly they are all very proactive. Despite buy and selling can be very stressful but they take that stess out of equation and make one feel all is well. I bought my place the one Im selling 25 years ago from Andrew which Im selling via them. I thank Mathew, Daniel , Andrew and Steve for making it easier for me. Thank you guys. 😊

Matt and his team are second to none, honest, reliable, trustworthy and thorough. Yes, I appreciate these aren’t the normal words used to describe estate agents but in truth, Andrews North Cheam are more than just estate agents. Always on hand to help and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Have viewed , bought and sold places using North Cheam and has been a pleasure each time. Please don’t waste your time if your selling your place using other agents - we’ve had very poor experiences viewing with other agents in the area and makes Andrews North Cheam stand out even more.

This is the second time that I have used Andrews services. As with the first, the service that we have received has been outstanding. Our Sale has been handled by Andrew, with Matt, Dan and Steve also being helpful and assisting where possible. We have been consistantly been kept up to date with the progress and guided us all along the way. Where there were challenges with the buyer, Andrews have been very good in stepping in to help us overcome them to get our sale over the line. If I ever require the services of an estate agent in the future, I will definitely be calling Andrews in the again and will also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

We are looking for properties after selling ours when we met Andrew of North Cheam Branch, when he showed us the property which we eventually put an offer on. Of course the property itself will be the main selling factor. However, Andrew from the first time was very warm and welcoming. We never felt that he rushed us view the property despite short intervals between the viewings. He had notes and is ready to address questions about the property. Overall, we just felt kindness, warmth and patience, which is what is lacking on the property World when agents are just showing properties and rushing to go on about it.
