Property is very poorly built

Property is very poorly built, the worst materials used, no consideration for families within their homes no cupboard space and gaps in the windows frames and gaps under window pane. also the bottom of the skirt ing boards cold air rushing. through. I would not reccommend this company. the bedrooms are small with now builtin cuoboards and not enough room to buy one.

The house is excellent value for money. The workmanship and materials used is top class . The after sales service has been unbelievably helpful with nothing being to much trouble for anyone . Our moving in was made so easy with so much help from all the people mentioned.

I have had such great and meaningful experience on my new build home journey, in large part due to Mary at Gleeson Homes at The Pastures, Bilsthorpe who demonstrated not only immense knowledge and understanding of the housing market but also incredible empathy and trust throughout the customer journey. Given some of the negative comments expressed here by others about their Gleeson new build experience, it important to point out that Mary’s years of experience in the field and her people skills makes a huge difference in the delivery of quality of service in terms of support and excellent communication new build customers especially first-timer buyers need to get to the property ladder.
