GoogleBairstow Eves were the forth letting agent that we saw. Nobody else even came a close second. The professionalism of all the staff is something that you encounter rarely. Sian was my main contact and I cannot speak too highly of her. All very impressive.

GoogleProfessional and friendly team with excellent management of the house buying process. Laura kept me updated throughout about the status of my purchase until collecting the keys. Louise supported me in obtaining a mortgage and explained the intricacies in an understandable and professional manner. I would highly recommend and definitely would use Bairstow Eves again.

GoogleFrom the very moment I contacted Bairstowe Eves about letting out my property I have received the most excellent and professional care . A particular mention to Sian who got the process started for me and explained everything so clearly and from then on Alix who has been totally amazing . Nothing is too much trouble and she has been so willing to answer any queries and to assist through this process which is a first time for me . Highly recommend . All the staff are so helpful and friendly.

GoogleI asked for a viewing for a house which was through the Sutton in Ashfield office, straight away they sorted this for me and I got a viewing really quickly. Amelia who showed me around was early, polite, friendly and really professional. She was able to answer any questions I had and was really helpful in helping me get everything sorted. I’ve had lots of quick replies to any emails where I’ve needed questions answering and the whole process has been really smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend Bairstow Eves and Amelia!

GoogleFrom the moment that the team at Bairstow Eves Letting Agents at Sutton in Ashfield visited to discuss renting out our property the service they gave us was excellent. They gave us a detailed account of what they would be able to rent the property out for and ensured that this was a realistic rent. They very quickly found a number of potential clients so within 2 days we had a choice of clients and we were very satisfied with the client that we eventually chose. they are fully managing the property for us and keep us informed of everything that is required and how the client is in the property. When I ring the office any queries are dealt with straight away. We have mainly been in contact with Sian and Alix who have been so professional and have helped us navigate the letting of the property a first for us. I can highly recommend them to others.
