I would highly recommend this branch for buying and selling a property. The girls are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would personally like to thank and shout from the roof tops that they have an excellent mortgage advisor Lee shipman, who has guided me , helped me , supported me through a house purchase. This man to me has been a life saver at times, he replies instantly to emails and calls even though he is really busy with new clients he always finds time to help you with any concerns or issues. I have to point out don’t use their solicitors, I decided to keep it all under one roof thinking that would be beneficial to me, It wasn’t. Although the shockingly poor treatment I got from the solicitors, Lee - mortgage advisor was always there to help me chase them and to send over documents on my behalf. All in all excellent quality from this branch, I will use them again in the future and recommend to all my friends and family ! Thank you Collette Simm

Very professional service from Bairstowe Eves Sutton-in-Ashfield. I wss supported my Laura in looking at options to buy a new home. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the market. Laura took the time to understand our needs and find a property that met our needs and more. We were kept updated regularly in a pleasant way - she wasn't pushy in a sales pitch and that made us feel very supported and encouraged. Unfortunately due to covid our circumstances changes so we couldn't buy in the end but, Laura very helpfully signposted us to a colleague who helped with a remortgage of our current home. When we do buy our new home in the coming months, Laura is the face and name we will remember. For that reason we will 100% return to buy with her support at Bairstowe Eves Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Bairstow Eves, Sutton in Ashfield, have been amazing. The service received throughout has been professional. I have no negative comments to say at all. This is the second time that I have used Bairstow Eves, Sutton in Ashfield, one to buy a house (2011) and the second to sell a house (2019). Both occasions have been very positive. I 100% recommend Bairstow Eves to others and if I am ever in this position again to sell or buy a house I would definitely be a returning customer. Bairstow Eves carried out all the viewing at the property and after each viewing I received a phone call with feedback. When the house sold, Laura at Bairstow Eves worked with me quite closely. She chased up the buyers conveyances and my conveyances throughout the whole process. She kept me informed at all stages. If I had any queries she would chase for me. When I telephoned Bairstow Eves all staff was very helpful. If Laura was unavailable I always received a call back if other staff could not assist. I really appreciate all the support and hard work. I cannot thank staff enough.

My partner has already left a review but I would just like to say that being a first time renter is incredibly stress full however alix was incredible , even though my partner dealt with most of it, I can’t thank her enough for making the experience amazing and stress free not just for me but for my partner , alix would not only update my partner but also update me aswell and made sure we was both in the loop at the same time, the whole process was so clear and was very easy to understand , even if we wanted extra information on anything alix never hesitated and was always there to provide , alix is incredible at what she does and I truly believe we need more people like alix always going the extra lengths no matter what. Me and my partner are first time renters and went with bairstow eves Sutton in Ashfield the lady we had was lovely (Alix millington) we couldn’t of asked for anyone better to go through the process with , she has amazing patience and never had a problem with explaining things and double checking for us when we was unsure, alix even went out of her own way to do an insurance quote for us which was such a massive help as we didn’t even know about this. From the first phone call about viewing the property to actually viewing the property with her to the very end about to pick up the keys she was absolutely phenomenal. Alix also would email/call us whenever there was the tiniest update and even let us know when she wasn’t at work so then we wouldn’t worry if we didn’t hear anything.I truly believe if it wasn’t for alix we wouldn’t be were we are with the process.I couldn’t be more thankful for her time and care she’s put into helping us and always going the extra length.
