GoogleNot yet been through the process of buying but in terms of viewings and keeping up with the customer journey, the staff have been amazing. Corey has shown me around several properties, gone into a lot of depth and was able to answer all my questions. He and Lisa also keep in touch regularly about future houses they have available and any changes during the process of finding a property for me, thank you both⭐️

GoogleI dealt with 4 different staff members when renting a property through this agency all were superb, friendly and very helpful. However, a special mention has to go to Alix who was fantastic in all respects. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to landlords and tenants. Excellent customer service well done all at Sutton in Ashfield Office.

Michelle has kept us in the loop at every stage and has been flexible to meet our needs also offering evening and weekend viewings - which helps us out with our busy schedules! The marketing on the house has been amazing we had viewings organised before the photos had even been taken and Laura has done an amazing job at keeping us updated with feedback and offers. GoogleThought my house would be difficult to sell going onto the market late September and following a interest rate rise. They got me twelve viewing in three weeks , one which resulted in a decent offer. If that wasn’t good enough they found me a perfect house to purchase. Big thumbs up to Laura, Lisa, Corey and Dan, totally professional people from start to finish .

GoogleUsed bairstow eves to sell a property,also used there solicitors which they recommended, and gave me a fixed price of 600 with a contingency off 200, what a mistake that was. I really advise people to not use there solicitor,as they was absolutely terrible. Never answer the phone,or emails you send,and it took nearly six months to get it sorted. Also I've been over charged on my bill by 480 pounds, which I'm still waiting to get back. Quick to take ya money on completion,but not quick to give it you back.

GoogleWe have been assisting to sell my Aunties House as sadly she has had to move into a Care Home with a diagnosis of Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. From the moment i met Hannah, initially from Bairstow Eves, i was confident and relieved to find such an excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and personable team. All the team have been extremely helpful and reassuring during what has been a very stressful time for myself and my Husband, as my Aunties Son lives in Australia.
