Emma Nugent did a fantastic job throughout our selling process. The marketing, viewing arrangements and support throughout the whole process were second to none (7 months in total as we lost 2 properties that we were trying to purchase). Emma's communication with all parties involved ensured the chain stayed in place. A very professional and personable service from a company that I would recommend anyone selling their home should use.

Martin Kent now works for the avenue estate- Me and my boyfriend had a offer accepted back on New Year’s Eve 2022 with Martin, this was the best news that we had received as first time buyers we were so excited to get our first home, unfortunately for us we were led to believe false information, we were lied to all the way through, we initially should have completed back in March however this never happened, we totally understand that the housing market is unpredictable and we were very patient throughout. Unfortunately for us we were fighting a lose lose battle, we constantly chase however got nothing back, we had no communication for months with Martin, In the end we gave up and didn’t speak to anyone. We were again given false hope being told the sellers were 75% done with their purchase however weeks later our solicitors informed us that the sellers had even exchanged draft contracts!. In the end 6 months later we decided to look else where and pull out of the offer. Then to inform Martin and his response was “I’ve been waiting for this call” Looking back now I wish we had done this months prior!
