GoogleFay and her team at the Four Oaks office have provided an efficient and most friendly service in selling a property for me. I chose Paul Carr in preference to 2 other agents because of the very favourable first impressions and their enthusiastic approach. My initial confidence proved right, and they were most helpful and responsive during the sale. The team were knowledgeable, experienced and handled the process with professionalism.

GoogleI haven’t brought a property in over 20 years and I found Katy’s advice knowledge and experience extremely helpful and made it so much easier to navigate the process. I would definitely recommend Katy and would certainly use her again if I ever needed to sell or purchase a property. Such professional expertise and complete trust is hard too find. Her enthusiasm and caring yet professional manner shone through.

Katy who helped book our viewing and handed over our keys was lovely, Jenna who showed us around was amazing and Beverley who progressed our sale continuously kept us in the loop. GoogleEvita wasn’t professional, she asked us many personal questions what wasn’t even to do with the property we wanted to rent. Was very sarcastic and completely lied to us about booking viewings. She stated at the start of the conversation that there viewings for the property were empty, within half an hour and a discussion of pets was brought into the equation she immediately vocalised in a condescending way “if people want to view to the property who don’t have pets, THEY will get the property and not you”. She later also turned around and all of a sudden from the 30 minute conversation gap from the last time i called, all the bookings were full. Will be making a complaint to head office tomorrow morning! Don’t use Paul Carr! Only interested in SALES not LETTINGS

GoogleI have recently sold my house with Paul Carr Four Oaks. The team of lovely girls I worked with were professional and dedicated to the task at hand. Nothing was too much trouble for them - I was treated like an important client. What I liked was that each member of the team came out to see my home so that they absolutely knew what they were talking about when liaising with potential buyers. I cannot recommend the team at Four Oaks, led by the brilliant Faye Shaw, highly enough. Worth every penny!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe sold and brought with Paul Carr, Four Oaks Branch, from start to finish the process was effortless. From Faye coming into evaluate, Katy leading on sales and Kimberly finalising. The guidance through out was first class. They managed the viewings taking the stress AWAY. They focused on the sale with exmplar detail, showcasing the property to the best of its potential and nailed our brief for our new purchase. Real team effort and lead superbly. Reflecting back there were difficult conversations with involved parties but they did so with professionalism influencing and bringing the right results. High recommended!
