Unprofessional and lazy agents. Reports and emails with issues were waiting months and years, ignored and closed without completing work. Now, their Lettings team is in John Shepherd, so new company has a problem. Truth is that in new lettings team in Paul Carr are the same people which were there for years: Fiona, Margaret and Matthew. Timotei and Ahmed are also from the old team, they came back from John Shepherd.

Lucy Beck - Paul Carr Four Oaks Branch Lucy has been amazing. She was acting for our seller but in fact handled most of the chain and kept me more up to date than my own agents. She was polite, pleasant and patient ensuring that both myself and seller were kept up to date and confident in the sale going through. Even out of hours she was providing support given I had a lot of personal things that were hanging in the balance with the move and this needing to complete by a certain date. Poor and unprofessional customer service at this branch of Paul Carr. I called today as I was interested in a let property. Usually PC representatives are quote forthcoming with information via phone. I know this as I purchased a property through another branch in May 2023. However, the customer service by a representative, Anita was appalling. Twice in a call that lasted only 2 minutes, she told me to go online to view the details of the property online, i.e. I was being fobbed off. Very disappointing and I will not be using PC Mere Green again.
