The sales team were professional and clearly understood the local market very well. The chain chasing element of the transaction was carried out very well by Pam. GoogleAfter our property with was on the market for some time with another estate agent, we decided to use Paul Carr at Four Oaks to help sell our property. They seemed to generate a lot of interest thus resulting in many viewings. The staff at Paul Carr were very thorough and professional keeping us up to date with all necessary information from the moment we accepted a bid right through to the sale of our property. This was all replicated with the purchase of our new property.

GoogleMom had to sell her house as she wasn’t able to live there and go into a home sadly. We chose Pail Carr as there’s plenty of local offices near to us. I would like to particularly like to mention the hard work by Lucy Beck , she kept us up to date throughout even letting us know updates before the solicitors. The sale came with its setbacks but it didn’t faze Lucy, she was on the phone getting information trying to get the sale over the line. Massive thanks to you Lucy

GoogleWe sold last August, it was a very stressful time with COVID19, Paul Carr Mere Green were wonderful, professional caring, particularly Angela their staff are moved around from branch to branch a lot, but nevertheless whoever takes over are just as good. I've noticed our house is now up for sale again, and the new owner has chosen Paul Carr to act for them, to which I'm not surprised. Well done guys, you deserve a bonus x

All the staff are friendly and professional but Katy has gone over and above in trying to help find our daughters first home. She calls regularly keeping us updated and informing us as soon as a suitable property becomes available. It’s been really difficult in the current market but I am feeling hopeful now. GoogleThe team at Paul Carr were very efficient, kind and considerate in dealing with the sale of my property. We sold the property through the Erdington branch but the different offices communicated with each other well. Grace, the sales progressor, did a fantastic job in keeping me informed of what was going on and liaising with each party involved to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend Paul Carr.

I even got to meet all of the team. Faye and Kiran were very attentive when photographing my property and anything i asked they did. At the point we made contact, our property was brought to market super quickly. Kim arranged viewings out of working hours to accommodate our needs, her communication was fantastic whenever we had even a small query or needed the process explaining, and she went above and beyond to make the sale stress free for us.
